Come enjoy the lakeside lifestyle in the Blue Ridge Mountains 

Spend the day on beautiful Lake Chatuge fishing, boating, tubing or just admiring the majestic mountains and pristine lake. At the end of a fun filled day on the lake pull your boat into your private covered boat slip or pull it out of the lake at the boat ramp and then stroll to the spacious luxury lakeside condo - Hawks Landing.

This 2 bedroom lakefront condo has warm natural wood floors, floor to ceiling stacked stone gas log fireplace, silestone countertops and many other extras. On the main level are 2 large bedrooms with a queen size bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the other one.  The main level also has 2 baths, a spacious greatroom with stacked stone fireplace, and dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances makes eating in a pleasure. But make sure you try some of the good old homemade mountain cooking while you are here. For those with gourmet tastes you may want to try The Old Hiawassee Grill or The Chop Shop. If Italian is more to your liking make sure you try Enrico's or Portofino's.  It's hard to beat the all-American meals at Crossroads. Kickback, relax and recharge on the large balcony on the main floor which offers spectacular views of Lake Chatuge and the surrounding mountains. Step through the glass sliding doors and enjoy the morning paper and a fresh cup of coffee from the large balcony.  

Down stairs is a playroom, full bathroom and a one car garage. This has an area that could be used for air mattress or sleeping bags.

With breathtaking views of Lake Chatuge, a  pavilion with a large stacked stone outdoor fireplace, 2 grills, an oven and a cooktop is yours to enjoy. Ideal for that perfect family cookout on the lake. Whether its brauts, burgers, hotdogs or maybe some suateed shrimp, you and your family can spend some quality time on the lake at the pavilion.

For the golfers in your family, there are 4 beautiful mountain golf courses within 10 miles, and for hikers the Appalachian Trail traverses through the area. For outdoor adventures, there is boating, whitewater rafting, fishing, skiing, tubing, or just enjoying a relaxing, beautiful sunset.
